The 69th Pennsylvania Area Assembly will be held August 14-16th, 2026, at the Hilton Harrisburg in downtown Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. This is where Group Representatives will come together with our Panel. The PA Area Assembly is the business meeting where the groups send their representatives to express a voice and vote on behalf of the group. This is an opportunity for every group to have their voice heard and vote counted.

We are planning a busy interactive business meeting including workshops, displays, Al-Anon and Alateen meetings, and election of our Panel 67 officers. After dinner on Saturday evening, we will have a AFG Trustee guest speaker.  The Assembly is scheduled to begin with workshops on Friday evening. The business meeting begins on Saturday morning and ends Sunday at noon after all business is completed.

Hotel reservations must be made by Wednesday, July 22, 2026 to receive the contracted room rate of $140 per night. Assembly registration must be completed by Friday, July 31, 2026.

Please note: You must also register for the Assembly separately. It is a two-step process. Reserve your hotel room and also complete the Assembly Registration.

Parking is $20/night/vehicle. The room rate per night is $140 + $15.40, which reflects 11% tax and other fees. Total for two nights is $310.80.

Important: Whether you have a roommate is up to group autonomy and individual needs. Up to four people may stay in one room if you want to reduce your group’s cost.

 

Assembly Registration

Assembly registration is a two-step process. You must purchase a meal plan, and you also need to book your hotel room. Please see the Hotel Registration section for hotel details.

To purchase a meal plan:

  1. Select a meal plan from the right.
  2. Complete the questions below your selection.
  3. Questions with a red asterisk * are required.
  4. Add the meal plan to your Cart.
  5. If you need additional folders, please note one folder is included in your registration. Click on the folder product, enter your quantity, and add that to your cart as well.
  6. Complete your checkout and enter your payment details.

If you prefer to pay by check rather than online, please still complete your Assembly registration online and select the pay by check option at checkout.
